Athletes Advantage provides its athletes and clients with the best comprehensive sports performance training and conditioning. Each client completes an initial assessment prior to starting their program in order to give the staff a thorough understanding of their needs and developmental goals. Programs are offered Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring as well as pre-season, in-season and post-season. Athletes Advantage clients range from ages 10 through adult.

 
** Individual weight room memberships are available to all athletes and clients along with sport-specific training programs personally designed for each client.
 
Group Based Training:
Our goals include:
  • Teach the fundamental concepts of speed development, running form and technique
  • Reduce the potential for injury during activity while promoting increases in balance, dynamic, and static flexibility
  • Incorporate techniques that allow for maximal performance in the desired sport(s)

***Groups are no larger than five athletes, allowing our staff to effectively focus on proper
teaching techniques
 and skill development

  • Provide all the benefits of Group Training to a larger number of athletes
  • Sport-Specific training and conditioning prior to the beginning of the season
  • Group numbers range from 10- 25 athletes
  • Provide an arena for teams for bonding as a unit while completing training sessions

Our goals include:
  • To satisfy the competitve fire the "weekend warrior" has to push his/her body to the limit
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutritional adaptations
  • Increase cardiovascular benefits, running form and technique
  • Increase lean muscle mass
  • Reduce the potential for injury during activity while promoting increases in balance, dynamic and static flexibility
  • Incorporate techniques that allow for efficient use of ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) 
       

                          
 
Elite/ Professional Performance:
Our goals include:
  • Sport-specific preparation
  • NFL, NIKE SPARQ and other Combine Preparation Packages
  • Teach the fundamental concepts of speed development, running form and technique. Reduce the potential for injury during activity while promoting increases in balance, dynamic and static flexibility.
  • Incorporate techniques that allow for maximal performance in the desired sport(s).
  • Maintain a high level of intensity, pace and focus allowing each athlete to perform at the highest level of competition.
